Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Tinklylife product as we are 100% concerned about the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please feel free to contact us.
RETURNS
To initiate a return first you need to contact us at support@tinklylife.com
CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a return-
- The product must need to be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
- Returns after 60days cannot be accepted.
EXCHANGES
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. You will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping during the returns process.
Address Changes
We are able to change your address within 24 hours after you place your order. If you need to modify the address, please email us at support@tinklylife.com or you can message us in our social media platforms & we’ll get back to you shortly
Note: Please add the order number in the subject and the current and new addresses in the body of email.
Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that though we are fully concerned about the photograph to display and describe our items but then also we cannot assure that every photo will precisely show the actual color of the merchandise. Changes in screens, resolution and other technical factors are beyond our control. Please feel free to contact us with any questions and concerns about color, material or size before committing to a purchase.

Damaged/Misprinted Items
If you received a defective product or you are simply not satisfied with a received print then feel free to let us know we will love to redo and resend your order free of charge.
Please email us at support@tinklylife.com by including the order number and the defective product photos with a brief explanation of the problem and we will get back to you shortly.
NOTE:
- It will take 7 working days to ship your new orderafter confirmation.
- The return & exchange of the defective/dissatisfied product is possible within 14 days after receiving.
- We used to print the exact image you upload in the customized product so If you have uploaded any wrong image with incorrect size or color then we will not be responsible for replacing the items.
Cancellations/Returns
You can cancel your order & have a refund if the production has not started yet (CUSTOMIZED PRINT). To change or cancel an order, please email us at support@tinklylife.com or you can message us on our social media platforms & we’ll get back to you shortly.
Note: During send us email please write your order number and recipient name in the subject. This would allow us to locate and cancel your order quickly.
If you want to cancel or change your order after starting the production then you have to pay $9 customization fee as the products are customized & unique and cannot be sell to others.
Unfortunately if the order has been shipped to you then we will no longer be able to cancel, change or refund it.
All refunds will be credited the original amount paid when the order was made. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow additional 7-10 business days after this email to receive the funds back in your account and it may take another billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
